POITNS TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT

  KF-S 011 Thermolock should be used in its totality as 1 bag because of its content.
The product should be mixed with the help of a mixer or concrete mixer (for minimum 6 minutes).
Thermolock KF-S 011 exterior coating should not be mixed with more water than the stated amount (15lt).

More water should not be added if waiting period of any grout prepared with Thermolock KF-S 011 takes a longer time in the boat for any reason and the grout loses its consistency. It is only necessary to mix the grout with a low speed mixer in order to renew the consistency. If Thermolock KF-S 011 applies over painted surfaces, mineral plaster and other coatings, purge the surface approximately at a rate of 70% by using paint remover chemicals, surface abrasion or other similar methods.

Place of Use:

It is applied directly to any wall surface (brown coat, finishing coat, brick, aerated concrete, pumice concrete, concrete surfaces, and briquette) including the load-bearing systems on the exterior coating of buildings.   Extra adherence products are not required. It is possible to get varying decorative surfaces. 
                                      
Thermolock is used in the coating and alteration of the buildings already finished and used as well as in raw constructions. In these kinds of applications, it is recommended to apply the product on condition that the materials such as dye and mineral coating which consist of a film layer are cleaned at the rate of 70% from the surfaces.
 

THE PREPARATION OF THE COATING

  One bag of KF-S 011 Thermolock exterior coating is poured into a clean container. Approximately 15  lt of water is added and mixed with a low speed mixer for 6-7 minutes.
How to apply:

The surface that Thermolock would be applied is cleaned from dust, dirt and similar factors.  After finishing the scale of  desired main braces and angle beads, the first stage is completed by filling the main braces and angle beads with a machine or a trowel. Approximately 4 hours later the KF-S 011 Thermolock is ready for the polishing procedure.  At the second stage, KF-S 011 Thermolock is applied as a 0.5 cm layer on the jigged surface with the help of a trowel.  By using suitable tools for the chosen decorative surfaces (steel trowel, other kinds of trowel, roll, sponge etc.),  the application of KF-S 011 Thermolock is ended.  Other applications such as jamb and precast concrete can be done 48 hours after the usage of KF-S 011 Thermolock exterior coating.
